Semi-Annual Industry Advisory Board Meeting: September 15-16, 2011
The Semi-Annual IAB Meeting will take place on September 15-16, 2011 on the campus of Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
The meeting will begin at 12:00 PM on Thursday, September 15th and conclude at 12:00 PM on Friday, September 16th.
KEYNOTE PRESENTATIONS

John D. Halamka, MD, MS, is Chief Information Officer of the CareGroup Health System, Chief Information Officer and Associate Dean for Educational Technology at Harvard Medical School, Chairman of the New England Health Electronic Data Interchange Network (NEHEN), CEO of MA-Share, Chair of the Healthcare Information Technology Standards Panel (HITSP), Chief Information Officer of the Harvard Clinical Research Institute and a practicing Emergency Physician.
Vinod K. Sahney, PhD has been elected to both the Institute of Medicine and the National Academy of Engineering. He has served on the faculty of Harvard University for the past 31 years and has been a faculty member for Harvard's Executive Program in Health Policy and Management. He also served as one of nine judges for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and The Military Health Care Advisory Board. Dr. Sahney is a co-author of the book titled "Reengineering Health Care: Building on CQI".

Meeting Location - The meeting is on Northeastern University’s campus. Directions to Northeastern can be found here: http://www.northeastern.edu/campusmap/directions.html. Taxis are the recommended transportation method to get to hotels and NU from airport.
