Martha McGill, MHA, MBA, BN
Martha McGill is senior vice president of operations for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston. In this role, McGill leads daily operations of Children’s at Egleston, a 235-bed, acute care, university affiliated, tertiary/quartnernary care, regional referral hospital. She is responsible for a $400+ million budget, 1,800 employees and serves as liaison with a 1,200-member medical staff. McGill is President, HSOC Inc., an affiliate of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta that is responsible for managing services at Children’s at Hughes Spalding, a primary, tertiary care, university affiliated, urban hospital. She is responsible for daily operations including the fiscal and strategic leadership of all clinical services and facilities at Children’s at Hughes Spalding. Prior to her current position, McGill served as Administrative Director of Children’s at Egleston where she was responsible for fiscal, operational and strategic management of clinical departments at Egleston.
McGill received a master's in health administration and a master's in business administration from Georgia State University. She also graduated from Valdosta State University with a bachelor's in nursing.
